The large hallway leads to an open floor plan with a fabulous state of the art kitchen, complete with centre island, contemporary solid wood cabinets, luxury granite countertops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. A dining nook off the kitchen with dining table for and counter-height bar stools offer plenty of seating for family get togethers. A separate laundry room complete with large capacity washer and dryer and additional solid wood cabinets can also be found off the kitchen area.

The Great Room is stylishly furnished with comfortable sofas in contemporary tones and offers guests a 55" Smart TV. French doors lead onto the fabulous lanai and electrically heated pool and spa. A separate family room is furnished with comfortable sofa and chairs in warm colourings and gives our guests additional space to relax in the sunny surroundings of this room.

The large pool and spa area is South West facing, giving guests the opportunity to soak up the wonderful Florida sunshine all day long. It is stylishly appointed with dining table, together with 4 cushioned swivel and 4 chaise recliners. We have also provided a BBQ Grill for guests to enjoy outdoor living and gourmet evening meals.

The huge master suite is truly an oasis in which to relax and shut out the world. It offers a wonderful Queen sized 4 poster bed, sumptuously furnished in rich tones. It is complimented by a large dresser with mirror, together with a swivel/rocker chair in which to relax and enjoy your 50" TV complete with over 200 channels. The ensuite bathroom has a large walk in roman shower, Jacuzzi bath tub, dual sink and solid wood vanity units and large walk in closets. Shuttered french doors and windows also open onto the pool and spa area.

The lavishly appointed 2nd queen size bedroom has a wonderful metal sleigh bed and is again beautifully furnished in restful shades.

The 3rd bedroom has a full size velvet upholstered bed. This nautical themed room is warm and inviting with White Washed furniture and to compliment the unique decor.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms share a well appointed guest bathroom complete with solid wood cabinets, and enclosed shower/tub.

Plantation Shutters furnish all windows and patio doors throughout the house, creating an ambiance of charm, tranquillity and timeless elegance to ensure your total seclusion and privacy.

The large 2 car garage is equipped with 3 bikes, 4 beach chairs and pool floats etc for our guests use.
