The house offers large Living Room and formal Dining room with full view to pool and lake, 3 fully furnished bedrooms and 2 large size bathrooms, formal dining, completely remodeled kitchen in 2018 with quartz countertops and brand new top of the line black stainless steel appliances, 2 cars attached garage, lanai and large screen enclosed in-ground heated pool.
The Living Room features a 65’, flat HD TV, DVD player and Comcast/XFinity Cable and high-speed wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). Sofa and 2 Reclining chairs are also available to sit and relax on while watching TV or have a chat with family or friends
The Master Bedroom is on its own side of the house and offers a brand-new King Size bedroom set with top of the line brand new furniture and mattress; beautiful large bathroom with 2 separate sinks and walk in shower; Large Walk- In closet. A 40’ slick flat screen TV with top of the line DVD player, to allow your privacy in watching your favorite show or movies, is also available in the master bedroom.

The additional 2 bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the house with the second bathroom in between.
Second Bedroom is large and comfortable offering a very nice and elegant queen size bedroom set with a very comfortable mattress.

Property located one mile from Manasota beach which is famous for shark teeth collecting and it's white sandy beach. Ellerton Outlet Mall 30 minutes drive away. Endless golf courses, water related activities and a fishermans paradise. Local public tennis club. A visit to the Ringling Museum and Moat Marine in Sarasota highly recommended. Busch Gardens in Tampa is well worth a visit.

Check out Van Wezel theatre in Sarasota for some great concerts and broadway musicals.

Local restaurants to suit all tastes with Bonefish Grill being popular with seafood lovers.

Stump Pass State Park is only short distance away. Para-sailing, boat dolphin tours and other activities are available at Englewood Beach.
Boat parking is available at the house and there is a free boat launch less than 0.5 away.
As for Venice, this charming beach town is only 5 miles North from the house. Known as the shark tooth capital of the world, enjoy strolls along the local beaches looking for these little souvenirs. Take a short drive down to Sharkey's at the Pier for a sunset-drenched drink or tasty meal. See the dolphins, bring a fishing pole, or just watch the sun set along the gulf waters. Venice beaches include conservation parks, bird sanctuaries, canoeing, kayaking, hiking and biking trails. Venice’s quaint, palm tree-lined downtown is famous for its art galleries, antique stores, restaurants, and clothing stores.
Nearby Sarasota is filled with activities including the renowned Mote Marine Aquarium, the Ringling Museum of Art, the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Jet ski and sailboat rentals, and St. Armand's Circle (great for dining, shopping, or strolling) to name a few. For the more adventure filled days, Busch Gardens, Disney's Magic Kingdom, MGM and SeaWorld are all only 2 hours away!
Ringling Circus Museum, Mote Aquarium, zoos, Warm Mineral Springs and Fort Myers Beach are also within short driving distance.

Other things to note:
If you plan on bringing a boat, you could park it in front of the house. There is NO restriction in the subdivision for parking the boat in front of the house!
This home is dog friendly with a fenced in yard for letting your dog outside. Only under 60 lbs, House-Trained, Healthy and Vaccinated Dogs are allowed for an additional $20/night or $125/week/dog fee.
Quiet Hours after 10:00 PM as it is a very quiet neighborhood. Please keep the Air Temperature no lower than 74 degrees and make sure to turn off the air before opening any windows :).
If you want the electric pool heat there is an extra fee as advertised. Pool heater is set at 87 degrees/
Please treat this house like you would treat your home; leave grill like you found it and keep house in neat condition. Please close all windows and doors if Heat or AC is On.
