Just a two-minute walk to cafes, a safe swimming beach, BBQ area, and playground, it`s also a 12-minute drive to the 12 Apostles. Welcome to our inviting and spacious home, designed to provide the ultimate comfort for your stay. The space welcomes you with four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each fitted with queen beds and built-in robes, ensuring ample storage and a restful night’s sleep for all guests. The main bedroom is a private sanctuary, complete with its own ensuite bathroom and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The main bathroom has been newly renovated and features a luxurious large bathtub and a separate shower, offering a spa-like experience right at home.

The house boasts two comfortable lounge areas, each thoughtfully furnished with cozy couches and large TVs, making it easy to relax and enjoy some downtime. The middle lounge area features a charming wood fire, perfect for warming up on cooler evenings, while the top lounge is equipped with a modern air conditioner/heater system, ensuring year-round comfort.

The open kitchen is a delight for any home cook, fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The spacious layout allows you to cook and entertain simultaneously, making it a perfect gathering spot for family and friends.

Guests have access to the whole house, except the garage. Please make sure all guest numbers have been accounted for. We can comfortably sleep 8 guests but allow 10 as we can set up floor mattresses. This must be declared at booking so this can be set up before arrival.

The drive way is shared so please keep this clear, parking is in front of the house and behind the house.

I am only a message away if needed otherwise you will have your own space during your stay.

We supply some firewood for the indoor fire, during the months Oct - March this may not be stocked.

If you are a large group and need extra room, we have Port Bayou Cottage located at the rear of the property and these two can be booked together.

• No parties or events.
• Leave the house as you found it. Extra cleaning fees may apply if left untidy.
• Dishes must be washed and all food scraps placed in the rubbish.
• Turn off lights and appliances when leaving the property.
• Shoes off at the door, please.
• No food or drinks on the couches.
• Use coasters for hot pots. Damage to the dining table will incur replacement charges.
• Check-in from 3pm / Check-out strictly 10am. Please contact us if you require different times.
• Message host on arrival and departure to assist with staff coordination.
• No smoking indoors. Evidence of smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Take care with spills on floors to avoid slips and property damage.
• Dispose of rubbish correctly:
• Red lid → General waste
• Purple lid → Glass
• Green lid → Food scraps & garden waste
• Yellow lid → Recycling
• Report any damage immediately. Additional fees may apply.
