Steps from the Beach!

When you arrive you will see there is enough space to park 3 vehicles at the front of the house. Underneath the house you will see a picnic area with tables and chairs where you can enjoy a meal with the family. This will lead you to the fenced playground in the back where the kids can play safely. Also underneath the house is an outdoor, enclosed shower where you can wash the sand off your feet when returning from the beach, which is only about one minute walking distance.

You will need to walk up a flight of about 20 stairs to get to the wrap around deck area where you will be able to enjoy beautiful ocean views, as well as a soft ocean breeze. Enter the home into a roomy living room which has 2 ottoman single hide-a -beds for additional sleeping and a big screen Roku television where you can enjoy your favorite shows under your own accounts. You will also enjoy the fully equipped and updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. As you make your way down the hall you will find the master suite has a king size bed as well as it's own bathroom and exit onto the deck. the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. the 3rd bedroom has 2 full size bunk beds.

Please remember that this property is on a peninsula, and is therefore surrounded by water, which means there may likely be mosquitoes, especially during summertime. We do have the property treated regularly for this but can’t guarantee that it will be mosquito free.
