Sip 'N Sea - Built w/ All the Amenities & just a 3 minute walk to beach!

Nicely furnished with everything you need for a perfect beach getaway! Home is at end of culdesac on huge lot with plenty of parking and privacy. It's located in Sea Breeze addition in the quieter part of Crystal Beach. Sip 'N Sea has an open concept living space with a large, comfortable wrap around couch and satellite tv. There are games and wifi provided. The kitchen has a spacious eat at bar with a separate drink bar to the right. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your group during your stay. The laundry room is located off of the kitchen to the right.
The master bedroom is located to the right of the living room. It has a King Size bed, television, desk if you have to check in at the office while you're away. It has an ensuite bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a walk in shower. Everything is newly built with quality materials and furnishings.
The 1st. guest bedroom is to the left of the living room. It has 2 queen beds, plenty of closet space, and a television.
The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is located between the guest rooms with access from the hall.
The bunk room has 2 twin size beds and 2 full size built in beds with lights and plugs at each. It also has a television and plenty of storage.
This house works great perfectly for 4 to 6 adults and 2 to 4 children. We prefer no all adult groups of 8 please.
Large deck upstairs is great for hanging out, listening to the waves and watching the ocean. Deck has sun and shade with tons of seating. Large entertaining area downstairs welcomes family and friends to hang out, cook on gas grill, and dine up or down with eating areas on both decks. Also fun bar, horse shoes & Bimini.
Downstairs shower is convenient for a quick rinse when returning from beach. Some beach toys and chairs are provided. If you care to go fishing - use the fish cleaning station behind shower to prep your catch! Photos tell the story of this home more than words. Enjoy!!

Stunning Retreat

The home was absolutely stunning with beautiful furnishings and appliances, gorgeous and unique coastal decorations, beautiful outdoor furniture, huge deck and beautiful sunsets. We rent regularly in West Beach in Galveston, but this home was one of the most impressive homes we have stayed in with all the beautiful decor. We hope to stay again soon and highly recommend this special home to anyone looking for a lovely retreat in Crystal Beach. To the owners -- thank you for sharing your special place!

Perfect Family Getaway

Great host, house, and location. Checkin was simple and host was always quick in communication. Home was very clean and stocked with essentials for those who enjoy cooking. Short, quick walk to the beach. Home was perfect for our extended weekend family vacation.

Spring Break Get Away

Our stay at Sip N Sea was a great time away for a few days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, it had great outside amenities, the area was so quiet and peaceful, and the weather was nice on top of it all.

Family and Kid Friendly

Beautiful home! We have a 3 year old and 10 year old and they both were entertained with the nearby beach and plenty of indoor and outdoor toys the home provided! The kitchen was spacious, comfy beds and beautiful deck! We made good use of the grill along with the provided outdoor games! There was a missing sheet on one of the beds and I felt the check-out list was a little bit tedious so give yourself plenty of time to begin the process. Overall- we had a great stay and made wonderful memories!

Our forever getaway!

This was our first time staying at Sip ‘N Sea and definitely not our last! It was the cleanest property and felt like a home away from home. The open layout was perfect and the house had everything you needed, and more! The patio was perfect with a lot of different seating, and you can see and hear the ocean waves. It feels more private with no one on either side of you. We are already talking about our next trip! Our kids 1 and 4 had the best time! I can see making this a yearly trip for us and we look forward to making more memories at this property!

The perfect beach house!

We had the best experience with this perfect beach house. It was extremely clean, super cute, and perfect for our group of teenage girls we had with us. We had the slight mishap of the house being struck by lightning but the property manager was wonderful during the ordeal. She made sure we had everything we needed and got things fixed right away. We will definitely be booking here again!

Great Property

Property was perfect for our family…grandparents, son & daughter-in-law & grandkids. VERY short walk to the beach (the little wagon on site was perfect!), accommodations were beautiful & everything we could possibly need was provided!! Only issue was the mosquitoes were terrible. Luckily, we’d brought fans to use outside because the temps are so high this summer. We would stay here again!

Impeccable beach paradise!

This property is by far one of the best I’ve stayed at in my 10 years of using vrbo. Absolutely beautiful and comfortable furnishings, wonderfully large deck with enough space for lounging, eating and tanning. Convenient to stores, and extremely close to beach. At the end of road on a cul de sac - so there’s plenty of space in a safe neighborhood. Our group was all adults but there were lots of toys and play things for kiddos. You do not want to pass this home up!!

Perfect piece of heaven by the beach

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The furniture is so comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. The bathrooms even had more than we needed. I always bring trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper and dish washing supplies, but they had plenty. The beach is super close in walking distance and wasn’t crowded at all even bring spring break. My kids played corn hole every night downstairs listening to music. The back patio was my favorite place, I spent hours out there listening to the waves. The grocery store was very close and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

FANTASTIC HOME AND FANTASTIC LOCATION

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!! Home is beautiful with a great open concept. Home is supplied with everything you need and then some for your stay. Literally a 2-3 minute walk to the beach - golf cart entrance/path to each is located at trash can 111. Definitely recommend this home for your next getaway. We will be back for sure!!!
