Sea La Vie' is a charming home located in the Ramada subdivision. Your fur-ever friends are completely welcome at this home with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. The owners have included a 42x30x28 kennel for your use. Stepping inside, you'll find the living and kitchen areas are open and spacious, inviting you to stay awhile and unwind. The kitchen is fully stocked with the pots, pans, bowls, and gadgets you will need to cook family meals. Coffee drinkers will love the convenience of having a coffee pot maker and a Kuerig. There is plenty of comfy seating to visit and share memories of the day. If you are looking to unwind by gathering around to watch your favorite movie or TV shows, this home comes furnished with Dish Network. This house also has WIFI and Roku. Use the password and Login code to stream or share your beach adventures on your favorite social media site. The bedrooms are very accommodating. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. Bedroom two has a queen and a twin/queen bunk bed. The living room will accommodate 2 people with a sleeper sofa.
The deck, with its ample seating, is the spot for viewing breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Downstairs, there is a large covered area for gathering, sharing conversations, or grilling your favorites on the charcoal grill. There is even an outdoor sink that's perfect for cleaning fish! Your children and pets can safely run and play in the fenced backyard and covered carport area.
When the sand and waves start calling, you are only a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle ride away from the beach. After a fun day in the sun, rinse off in the downstairs shower.
Even when provided, internet access TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will work during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights' rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for renter use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Paper products and cleaning supplies are not included.

2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish soap
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest
