Pelican Post is great for family vacations. This home is on a direct beach access road, making it a quick trip down to the sand! This home has high-speed internet for your convenience to connect and stream your favorite movies and shows on the Smart TVs located in the living room and all bedrooms. You will enter the password and login information provided in a picture frame near the living room TV. You will love the coastal decor and upscale finishes in this remodeled beauty! The main floor features a half bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area with a large table. There is ample seating that is great for family meals. A small sitting area, with comfy seating and a television, is also on this level. On the second level, you will find additional living space with multiple sofas, a large TV, and a gaming/poker table perfect for eating snacks or family game night! The primary bedroom with a full-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the main level. On the second level, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms with a tub/shower combo. One of these rooms have a twin/queen bunk and a twin/twin bunk. Another of these rooms will have the same, a twin/queen bunk and a twin/twin bunk. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. On the ground level, there is plenty of parking, covered gathering space, and room to grill (charcoal BBQ pit provided), as well as an outdoor sand shower that feels perfect after a long, fun-filled day at the beach! Even when provided, internet access, TV/cell service can be unreliable on the Bolivar Peninsula. We are a rural community. We apologize, but Bolivar Escapes cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay. We cannot offer refunds for the disruption of these services. This home might have an outdoor camera(s) to monitor the exterior of the home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the camera(s) is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rent. If a home has a lift or elevator, it is not for the renter's use unless otherwise stated in comments or with permission from Bolivar Escapes. We provide linens and bath towels in every house, and standard beds are made for your arrival. Linens will be provided in the home for all sleeper sofas, trundles, and pull-out bedding. Paper products, other than toilet tissue and paper towels, and cleaning supplies are not included.
We provide a starter pack consisting of the items below. Please bring anything else you will need:
1 roll of paper towels
3 white kitchen trash bags
2 dishwasher tabs (if applicable)
2 laundry tabs (if applicable)
1 small bottle of dish liquid
1 dish sponge
2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
Small bar of hand soap per bathroom
1 trial size of shampoo/conditioner per full bath
1 beauty bar per bath
Small salt and pepper
Small cooking oil
There will also be a bath towel set for each guest

All our homes are located at Crystal Beach/Port Bolivar/Gilchrist. Not Galveston.
