Beachfront home, convenient to everything!



The Space:

This beautiful beachfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only a few steps from the beach. Step outside on the furnished deck and enjoy amazing sunrises with your morning coffee - you'll fall in love with the views! In the evening, it's a great place to share memories of the day while watching the stars.



Featuring a spacious living area and kitchen, this house is a must for your family vacation. The living room has cozy seating, and a smart TV with DVD player. You'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or just a quick snack in the kitchen, including a regular drip coffee maker and blender. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on the premises, and high speed internet is available.



With over 1600 square feet, the home easily sleeps 12. The primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms on the opposite side of the house have 2 full size beds each, separated by a full bath.



Underneath the house, in the shade, there is a bar area where you can relax with your family and friends around the picnic table, while you barbecue on the charcoal grill. The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach!

You will love the location and layout of this house, and will want to stay at Happily Ever After again and again.



Need more space for family gatherings or events? Right behind is a 2nd row home with an incredible mezzanine/social deck (and view) - Peace, Love, & Sandy Feet, also available for rental through Swedes.



Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.

The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

Great get away

We rented this house for ourselves as well as my daughter and a few friends. It was perfect for our stay. The kids enjoyed making a fire on the beach just out front of the house

Good place to stay and get away, the house up keep could be better, the wifi couldn't connect and we saw Roaches in the house. Other then that we had a good time.

Great!!

This place ended up being better than the photos, it’s almost directly on the beach, everything worked fine and there was plenty of room for all 12 of us! The kids had a great time. I would recommend bringing a larger baby gate for the stairs if you have younger kids that was the only issue the stairs are steep and we had to make sure the babies weren’t going to fall, not the hosts fault though!

Disappointed ever after

Great location, the only reason for the 2 star rating. Place was dirty, bedding was filthy, pillows torn and mattresses stained, no mattress protectors, coffee pot was cracked, bath matts dirty, cockroaches in the kitchen and living room, slow spotty internet. Basic necessities, like dish soap, were missing. There was even graffiti on the dirty carpet. Pots and pans were barely useable. During a pandemic this is not an acceptable condition for a rental to be in. Also, arrived to a broken sewage pump which needed some smelly repairs. We would not stay again. Be ware they will nickel and dime you for every little thing.

Great location

Our family enjoyed this beach house a lot. House is in great condition and well maintained. Loved sitting on the balcony and having the beach directly in front of us. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 Star is because we paid quite a bit for this house and there was a long list of cleaning that we had to do before we left. We also paid for linens and had to make our own beds when we got there. Also felt like the comforters were not freshly cleaned. But the house itself was beautiful and location was awesome!

Wonderful Time!

Our family of 8 enjoyed the stay tremendously! The home was open and spacious, and very clean. We brought food and enjoyed cooking in the large, spacious kitchen. The washer and dryer were invaluable in keeping clothes clean after playing at the beach. The Master bed was extremely comfortable memory foam king bed. Both bathrooms were large, spacious and very nice. The full beds were great for kids, but could be small for extra adults. And best of all, the view from the porch is outstanding! Plan staying here again!

I loved the view and the location but...

I did not enjoy the fact that the dish washe rleaked, the attachment to the sink was broken so when you tried to use the kitchen sink water sprayed everywhere. The door was very difficult to shut on the front of the house, the kids had to have assistance with it. I don’t want this review to be horrible we had a great time, the problems we had were just kinks in the place, we enjoyed our vacation and really Enjoyed our family time.
