Displaying a large smart TV and oversized sofa, the great room lends itself to comfortable morning newscasts and evening movie viewings. The adjacent chef's kitchen displays a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an expansive breakfast bar, and an attached pantry.
Through the sliding barn doors, explore the home's light-filled bedrooms, laundry area, and clean bathrooms. The primary en suite bedroom has a dual sink vanity and walk-in shower, and each of the bedrooms displays its own personal TV and high-quality linens. Central air-conditioning and internet access tie together the list of interior conveniences.
Shrouded in sunshine, the outdoor living space expands to a wrap-around deck and covered patio. The downstairs space includes cornhole, outdoor games, and hammocks to lounge in. Nearby, explore Crystal Beach Spot, Fort Travis Park, Porretto Beach, The Grand 1894 Opera House, and the area's numerous restaurants, shops, and beaches.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Located deck at front door and under house. They are sensored.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
