When you are ready to head to the beach, it’s just a short walk, golf cart, or vehicle drive away!

The living room has a smart TV, along with high speed internet, so you are free to stream all your favorite shows. The roomy kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to make your favorite family meals (including both Keurig and regular drip coffee makers), and there is a washer and dryer available for your convenience as well.
With nearly 1900 square feet, this home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, easily sleeping 14 without utilizing bunk beds. One bedroom is on the main level, with the other 3 upstairs. The primary bedroom (upstairs) has one king bed and a smart TV. The other bedrooms each offer 2 queen beds.
The ground level area is the perfect spot to grill family meals that can be served while sitting around the picnic table in the shade, enjoying the company of family and friends.

Small dogs (35 pounds or less) allowed with a pet fee. Cargo lift is not available for guest use. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
