Beauty and the Beach™ Lighthouse - Amazing Romantic Getaway and a Wedding Venue

Million dollar 360° views in the daytime and beacon lit at nights make the Beauty and the Beach™ beachfront lighthouse one of the most unique and romantic getaways in Crystal Beach and the whole state of Texas.

Living area can comfortably accommodate 8 adult or up to 14 guests using bunks and sofa beds. Huge outdoor area, 150 ft of private beachfront and no neighbors on any side make it a rare gem chosen by many for their weddings, honeymoons and anniversaries.

Lighthouse is located right on the beach with buyout lots on both sides, so you and your family will enjoy ocean and nature in a very private environment. The house is built on the wooden stilts and elevated quite well which gives you amazing views from almost any window. As a bonus it will give you a feeling of a treehouse during stronger winds.

There is a hot tub with scenic ocean view, a heated outdoor shower to rinse after beach activities and a box with beach chairs, umbrellas and other complimentary beach gear for you to use.

Using stairs is a must to get in and out of the property, but for an extra $100 per reservation fee we can grant access to an elevator (included in event fee if you book us for a wedding).

Beauty and the Beach serves also as a wedding venue for up to 200 ceremony and reception guests. Wedding package has to be paid separately at our site www.crystalbeachwedding.com.

Lighthouse beacon is programmed to turn on at dusk. You will have no access to the beacon or lighthouse maintenance room.

There is a little bedroom in the lighthouse tower. Because of the unique architecture of the tower it's a little small, but fits queen bed and enjoys the best view. It is also the warmest room in the building because tower design makes the warm air go up. If temperature is not comfortable enough, there is a back-up option to use pull-out sofas in the living room.

*** You must be over 25 years old to book the place. Ratio of 1 adult over 25 to every 3 guests under 25 is required. Parties not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Please keep this place clean and romantic.

**** We are on a septic, please use water only as necessary. Water heater is smaller too, so please avoid excessive showering.

Although we engage the best pest control provider on the Peninsula for regular, comprehensive services both indoors and outdoors, and also consistently apply pesticides to the lawn, we're nestled amidst vast stretches of untouched nature. Consequently, you'll likely encounter many common Texas bugs. These include but are not limited to: Mosquitoes, Fire Ants, Cockroaches, Fleas, Ticks, June Bugs, Lovebugs, Brown Recluse Spiders, Black Widow Spiders, Yellow Jackets, Honeybees, Carpenter Ants, Mites, Lone Star Ticks, Centipedes, Cabbage White Butterflies, Dragonflies, Damselflies, and Gulf Fritillary Butterflies.
