    Enjoy ocean views and sea breezes from this charming three-bedroom 3rd row home. Grab your towel and take the very short walk to the beach!! With open living area and lovely decor, this home sets the scene for a memorable family vacation. WiFI, Smart TV's with YouTube TV, FireTV.



    PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING), BEDROOM 2 (QUEEN), BEDROOM 3 (2 TWIN/FULL BUNKS). PRIMARY BATH (LARGE TUB, WALK-IN SHOWER), BATH 2 (JACK AND JILL BATH SHARED BY BEDROOMS 2 AND 3).



    BEACH ACCESS: Golf cart and walk over access on Beaumont Dr. Nearest beach access road by car is Bowers Ln.


    2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)

Perfect for a small family get away ! Front porch beach view, with a little entrance to the beach for golf carts or side by side really close !

We had a great relaxing stay! The place felt like home and we were very comfy! Was very relaxing! Loved that we could see the water from the porch! We definitely will be back!

Crystal Beach

The house was nice but needed some appliance repair when we got there. The dishwasher didn’t work and the handle was off the freezer. I was disappointed with Crystal Beach. I didn’t realize that vehicles (pickup trucks, cars, ATVs, golf carts) were allowed to use the beach as a street. The exhaust fumes were overwhelming and loud music blaring from the vehicles. Just wasn’t the beach experience I had hoped for.

Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time, high marks for Cobb rental to making sure everything was clean and in order.It is probably something I overlooked but we did not realize until we totally unpacked that we needed to bring essentials like dish and bath soap, toilet paper and paper towels. Again, that was probably something we missed. Other than that, beautiful experience.

My wife and I, along with our adult daughters, their spouses, and our 15-month old grandchild recently rented Always Sunny for a week. There was plenty of room for hanging out and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfy couch and the tasteful decor which was beachy without being cliche or kitschy. It was a pleasure working with the professionals at Cobb Real Estate and we will definitely be booking this or another Cobb property in the future.

Great location and affordable!

We loved the location of the house to the beach/store. Its close enough to beach to see the ocean and still affordable. The house was stocked with everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed or stay for our daughters 18th birthday celebration!

We loved our stay here! Everything was super easy from booking to checking out. We will definitely return to this beach house again! It was super clean and just big enough for the 7 adults and 3 older kids and 1 infant to stay!

And it's close to the big store. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Full size beds in bunk room not so much. Nice neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. Close to the Big Store. Would love to stay here again!
