Weekend stay

Beach house was spacious. I love the kitchen and the upstairs space. Need to replace can opener, some doors dont lock and toilet seat cover on one of toilets is loose. Some more beach towels to accommodate guests would be great too. Other than that our weekend was great.

Perfect beach house

We were impressed the second we drove in, even more so once we were inside. Absolutely beautiful place, comfy beds, kitchen has everything you could ever need, game room is over the top fantastic. The view from the huge, beautiful porch of the beach is amazing, and less than 90 second walk and your feet are in the sand. Very safe area!!! Would 100% stay again!

Great House with great view.

This house was perfect for our stay. Great location Has everything you need. Hot tub needed a good cleaning. We tried to use but did not. We didn't let that ruin our time there tho.

FIT OUR GROUPS NEEDS !

This house definitely fit the needs of our group. This house is in a smaller neighborhood that has about 15 houses. It has a beach access road which is really nice. There are not any thru-roads which seemed much safer and very little traffic. The house was very clean on checkin. The house had all needed items for our stay. The host communicated everything with us and stayed in touch with me before, during, and after our trip. I would definitely recommend this house.

Family Spring Break

We were looking for a nice place for our family to stay over Spring Break. This house was perfect for our family. The downstairs had 4 bedrooms for the adult family members and the kids enjoyed staying upstairs in the game room/bedroom. It was walking distance to the beach, although we did rent golf carts. Outdoors was plenty of parking, a fire pit, hot tub and fenced yard for the kids and dogs. We appreciate our families being able to bring their fur babies. The house was beautifully decorated, well equipped, clean and functional for our. Felipe was very response before, during and after the trip. I would highly recommend this property.

Peaceful getaway

Great house, great location. My family enjoyed a getaway with my dad who is undergoing treatment at MD Anderson. The house was great, met all our needs, and was so close to the ocean. Had a great view and was very peaceful. Will stay here again!

The property was just as described. The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. The house is great for large groups; we had 12 people and had plenty of space. We will book again if we head that direction.

Great relaxing experience

Arrived to a clean and inviting beach house. Got settled in and had plenty of games to play, grill to coin with, and comfortable fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Close walk to beach. Our family had a wonderful relaxing trip.

Beautiful property

Absolutely wonderful property, There are some issues that need attention ie Washer,Dishwasher, cracked wine glass (cut lip) Internet (to be expected) Pots and pans too few and the ones that are there need replacing! Dishes on the other hand were perfect amount and in good shape also had a bit of trouble getting rensponses from host tried to call and left message no response did respond to message on app but slow internet and cell service made that a pain. All in all was a pleasant stay thank you.

Deep clean needed

Interior of this House was dusty and sandy. Upon check in we noticed the entire house needs a deep clean. The hot tub was full of sand and unusable and the water was green. Yard needs to be maintained. Down stairs closet is a wreck. Bbq pit was filthy. Interior, all fans have an inch of dust. Walls were caked with dust. Window ledges covered with hair and dust. The orange chairs are severally stained. Couches are old and leather is cracking. A full deep clean is desperately needed. Maybe a new furniture also. Owner did reply quickly, but in my opinion, this house shouldn’t be rented out like this. We rent houses down in Bolivar many times a year. Unfortunately, We will not return. You can definitely rent nicer and much, much cleaner elsewhere. I would not waste money renting this house. We were very disappointed.

Flippin’ fun

The flip flop house was a great place to stay. Plenty of beds, TVs and games for the kids to stay busy while not on the beach. The hot tub was an extra bonus for the adults! Love how close to the beach we were plus all the supplies we needed were already there for us to use. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a clean, spacious house.

Crystal Beach Flip Flop House Visit

My family and I just completed a four night stay at the Flip Flop House on Crystal Beach. The house has a great layout with multiple bedrooms as well as a loft which was an ideal place for kids. The kitchen was also fantastic with a large island work space which could also accomodate six diners. The deck with its view of the water and hot tub was a favorite spot to just hang out and chill. Felipe, our host, was quick to respond to any questions we had during our visit. Would definitely stay here again. Overall a five star experience!

Great house and location!

This house has a ton of space! 3/4 families could definitely fit. The greatest details were the perfectly placed gates to contain children/dogs. You can fix them so that you can let a dog out and they will be contained in the fenced backyard. We enjoyed a fire in the firepit. 3 minute walk to the beach. Pretty inside, everything we needed (except a wine bottle opener lol), great communication with the owner. Great rental.

Family Beach Vacation

We can not express enough how happy we are with our stay. We were so close to the beach, House was better then great and The host was quick with any help or questions we had. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We hope to stay here again in the future since everyone in our large family had such a wonderful time.
