Three families, 6 adults and 6 kids stayed at this property for 5 nights in December and had a great time. The property is located by the beach and has all the amenities as listed online. Everything we needed was available at the property. The kids really enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to the beach. My only complaint was with the room in the lower level (2nd floor) which had no windows and was kind of muggy even with AC turned on. The floors are high and that makes someone old or with physical condition tough time to climb up. An elevator would be great add, similar to one in the adjacent property

This house has a great view and is a very short distance from the sand. The interior and decking are very nice and comfortable and the kitchen is huge! My family truly enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back in the future.

Home was beautiful and well maintained. A caution might be posted that the stairs can be challenging for older folk and ā€œbunk roomā€ is not accessible from main living area. Probably not advisable to assume the ā€œkidsā€ can sleep on that level unattended.

Relaxing weekend and space for everyone to comfortably enjoy the home. The house is conveniently located right on the beach. The host was super responsive and was willing to help when needed. Highly recommend for a fun and relaxing stay!

By far the cleanest property i have ever stayed at. Easy check in and out process. Beautiful views. It is exactly like the pictures. It wasnt a problem but something i didnt realize. On the second level the kichen is seperate from the bedrooms. We had 10 adults and a toddler and had more than enough room. Plenty of towels and dishware. Phenominal air conditioner. I wanted to bring the kitchen island/table home with me. We enjoyed the second level so much. Great beach access. So thankful for the outdoor shower and water hoses on every level. You need a 4 wheel drive or at the minimum front wheel drive to get in and out. We got stuck a couple times. Wonderful people helped us get out. Once we figured out that you had to come in pretty hot and get a good run we were good to go. The neighbors said it was from the trash trucks. They have really messed up the drive. The stairs..oh dear the stairs. Im 51 and they kicked my tail. But once your up the view makes up for it. The neighbors to east are the best. I highly recommend this property. We only lost power once for a few hours the last night we were there. It was the whole island. We did family pictures on the beach our last day. If you are looking for a true beach house this is it. And the sand/grass spurs do suck....just wear your shoes in the yard and you are golden. So many food options close by and the ferry was awesome. Very worth every cent. Did i mention how clean it was?

The house was great for our family of 14. Plenty of room to spread out. Great 2nd floor for gathering and partying. The 3rd floor was great for getting away from the mob and relaxing. Great access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. I love the easy check in, clean up and check out. Everything was clean and well kept. We had a blast! Thank you!

What a house! excellent location, access to the beach was amazing. The amenities were awesome! Clean, spacious, well decorated and furnished. The management team does an amazing job of providing you timely information. The only minor issue was with one of the sliding doors to a bed room, but it was a negligible issue next to all the Pros. Hopefully we can book this property again next year.

It was a swift and easy check in we had no issues. It eas the best time on the decks with the kiddos watching the sunrise and sunset. Very clean will definitely rent again if back in crystal beach

Property and location were fantastic. I was a little disappointed with the check in/out times. Spent and awful lot of money for basically 36hrs. Having to check out by 10am is a little extreme. There was an issue with the shower and drain in lower room, I partially fixed it to get us through the short time we were there. Non need to contact anyone and disrupt the short amount of time we had. Overall pleased but could have been a little better if we have would have been able to take our time on check out day.

The house was exactly as advertised, right on the beach, with a path from the yard to the beach. The house had lots of room to spread out and cooking in the kitchen was a breeze because there were so many pots/pans/utensils. Thank you so much for a great weekend!

Nice overall and great views. Just disappointed in how many spurs where in the grass and the dunes, some maintenance issues that came Up, and the fact that we were in a construction zone so it was noisy during the day and nails were everywhere from next door! We luckily dodged a mail in the tire and no one stopped on one but we picked up almost a dozen large nails on the balconies, stairs, and downstairs slab. Kids were disappointed they couldnā€™t play in the large yard area but the spurs were probably the worst Iā€™ve ever seen! We didnā€™t plan to rent a golf cart because itā€™s on the beach but you have to because the entrance is several lots down. Other than that, had several maintenance issues with doors and locks. They sent people out to fix one of the issues but we had to leave before they could fix the other door that was having locking issues. Other than that, it would have gotten a much better rating but the yard and walk over being unusable and being next to a construction zone made this a one time visit for our family.

We had such a great stay at this wonderful home. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own beds, it is beautifully designed, and the views are amazing. Being so close to the beach meant we could just walk our tent and chairs to the water without having to pay to drive on the beach. I will add that there is a path to walk to the beach from the home, but there are stickers and high grass so I would recommend walking down the road to the beach. I do also feel like having a refrigerator on the 2nd floor for drinks would be helpful as well, with 16 people, it was hard to keep all of our food cold, so make sure to bring good coolers if you are bringing food for the weekend. All in all, we absolutely loved this home and would love to come back!

This was perfect for my girlfriends and our kids. The outdoor porches were great to hang out on and the outdoor shower helped keep the sand out of the house. Only downside was that we didnā€™t realize the room with the bunks was on the 2nd level and the rest were on the 3rd. Only access to them was on the outside stairs. Us mommas were a little nervous but the kids did great and all the neighbors were so nice we felt comfortable.

Management was excellent on responding to many many questions I had before we got there. The house was awesome...... the floor plan was absolute GENIOUS. We traveled with older teens and the bunk house couldn't have been more perfect. The short walk to the beach was so nice and the views from the house were picturesque. The kitchen had more supplies than I expected and everything was in working order. I highly recommend this rental. Thank you for letting us use it!!!
