"The house as not ready at 4 pm check-in. We were unable to unload and prepare for the event we were there for.Once we did return, the beds seemed clean as did the towels, and the inside of the house.The house was really a nice house, newly remodeled but not in a good location. At the time of the rental, three run down houses near it were for sale. The beds were really cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress in the master bed was too soft and springy. "We had a nice visit to this large acreage ranch! The hot tub was delightful, the cabin provided for all our needs with all cooking utensils, a Kruig and robes and towels for all. The grounds were very pretty and right on the water with great views and a lot of space for the kids and dogs to stretch their legs. I would definitely recommend a stay here. "
