"My family loves Eagles Nest. No roller coasters, Giant Disney lines, no crowded beaches. Just my husband and I and any other family member that is available. Then it's fishing and inner tubing in the crik, play games around the large table . Every evening we look for elk, and they always show The house is clean, air conditioned, 2 baths and large bedrooms . I hope it is a family tradition that never ends. "

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

The apartment we stayed in offered the ability to be able to fix our own meals, sleep in comfort and be walking distance from a multi-flavor soft ice cream shop. We were from 2 hours away. "Over all this location and set up worked well for us. The outside needs work for curb appeal - trimming, leaves blown off sidewalks/back porch. "The house was great, even in 90 degree weather with no a/c, fans blowing in the cooler air from the stream kept the house very comfortable. You can see plenty of stars from the property, so we were able to sit by the fire and stargaze intead if freezing our toes off at cherry springs. "Myself and 13 of my friends make it a point to get together at least once a year, with this trip being year 5. Of all the places and properties we've been to this one was, hands down, the best trip so far. The perfect cloudless nights, weather, and activities contributed largely to this, but the property was the foundation of everything we did. Its a wonderful place that isnt too far away from anything, yet far away enough that the stars are so clear it could give anyone an existential crisis....
