"Lovely modern lakeside accommodation as part of a small housing development. Our unit was standalone, very quiet, with a view of Sproat Lake. Boat dock and lake swimming were top notch."

"We certainly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed.A couple of things. The picture showing access to the beach was unfortunate. It is why I chose your place because my sister uses a walker. She was very happy to see access was easy but it was not as the hill was prohibitive and we thought the path was right outside the door. It was really hard for her to navigate so had to find other beaches.Rooms were relatively clean. No body soap in one bathroom and none under sink. The fridge could...

"Clean, bright, compact space overlooking the ocean with lots of opportunities for out door seating. Very quiet and very private so lovely to spend some R&R time. One day spent on Hornby Island and another day in Courtenay.Morning Beach walk on the Island just gorgeous.l"

"Excellent property. Pool and hot tub were great. Loved the location. Highly recommend early sunrise walks at the beach. "

"The place is wonderful, with lots to do around it.Just be aware that bathroom amenities are minimal...just hand soap. Bring your own tissue, shampoo etc.. there seems to be an ample supply of towels though. Make sure you check out the front hall closet for pool and beach supplies (towels, folding chairs)."

"This is our second time staying at this complex, we adore it. The unit was very clean, we enjoyed the comfy beds and bedding as well as the pool onsite! Communication was great thanks for having us! Reminder to bring all cooking needs including salt and pepper and possibly an extra fryer pan there’s only one medium to large size on sight. We will be back next year!"

"My friend and I, plus two small dogs, stayed 6 nights here and had the most wonderful vacation!HOST: Judy gets ten out of ten for being friendly and very attentive, but professional enough not to be intrusive. Had she not told us about Parksville's Tuesday evening market, we would have missed out on a fun experience.COTTAGE: We have never stayed anywhere so perfectly provisioned with all you could possibly need. The house was very clean and comfortable and we appreciated there being two bedrooms...
