"On arrival the desk clerk wasn’t the best but the following day the desk clerk was a vast improvement good on her
Went to the room on arrival and went round the other side of the bed to find a pizza perfect box yes it was empty and took it to the reception and he said he’s pass a message to housekeeping 🙄
Never had that experience before and apart from from that experience was good"

"A fire breaking out in the middle of the night is never good news. However, worse was the fact the emergency exit was padlocked!
The single staff member was clearly overwhelmed and never offered any explanation or communication while we were evacuated into the street or thereafter while we waited to get back into our rooms after the fire brigades had left.
