"My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. We had a couple meals outside because the wrap around deck made for the perfect dinner setting with the view of the sunset as the backdrop. The pool was pristine, and we enjoyed lounging in the living room listening to music. What you see is what you get and...

"La casa es impresionante, con zonas de jardines, una piscina con zona chill dónde poder comer a gusto 10 personas, otra zona a la sombra para comer en el exterior, zona de bbq independiente, y la casa bien, con 5 habitaciones, una cocina excepcional... Comida y para disfrutar en su conjunto. Hemos ido dos familias, 10 en total, varios jóvenes de 18 a 27 años, algunos adultos y todos hemos podido disfrutar. A 20 minutos de un montón de Calas y 45 de la capital. Para repetir"

"Wir waren mit fünf Leuten in der Finca und haben vor allem die ruhige Lage und die gleichzeitige Nähe zu Arta genossen. Der Pool ist schön groß, die Möblierung im Außenbereich sehr gut. Einziges Manko ist die spärliche Ausstattung in der Küche. Gerne immer wieder!"

"Wir sind mit der Finca sehr zufrieden gewesen. Wirwaren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 3 Kindern. Das Haus sieht toll aus und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Poll ist wirklich super und nie kalt ( ich hab deswegen kein Meer vermisst), der Pool2 mal die Woche sauber gemacht, genau wie die Anlage. Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit möglich und die Vermieterin ist wirklich toll. Ich würde am liebsten dort wohnen bleiben:-)"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing was missed for a top rest. Design and equipment of the finca are fantastic, the communication with Suzana was excellent and very helpful. For shopping to Binissalem or Inca short distances, to Palma or Alcudia also only approx. 30min. And a "feeling of freedom" is guaranteed due to the fact that there are no neigbours in clother distance (apart from brown hares :-)"

"The property was very nice, clean, spacious and the pool was lovely. The car parking area was a good addition. The beds are comfortable but would have been nice to have some extra pillows. We were a family of 7 staying here and having a supermarket down the road was very helpful. It is well stocked and also has fresh bread and croissants. The patisserie was also very nice. Villafranca is a good location for touring the island. We had a lovely time at this villa."

"Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Finca war wirklich beeindruckend schön. Das Haus ist hell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, überwiegend mit Naturmaterialien, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Auffällig war auch, dass alles wirklich absolut sauber und rein war. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt, die Palmen und der Pool haben besonders den Kindern super gefallen, praktisch war für uns die Aussenküche, sodass wir die Kinder immer im Blick haben konnten beim Baden. Die Lage in dem alten Olivenhain ist...

"My family and I spent a few days in Santanyí and we are so thankful we found Ca Ses Mestres. It is right by the beach, the steps down being right next to the house- they even have a gate in the back with private access to the steps. The house itself was lovely, as were the hosts. They were clear about house rules (which were very standard), showed us everything we needed and even checked in throughout to make sure we didn’t need anything. Cannot recommend booking here enough! "
