The entrance leads over 1 step and a 15 sqm terrace directly in the vestibule with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. 1st floor together with attic has separate access by external staircase. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: Living room as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed (appropriate under 2 years), dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 2 chairs. American kitchen in the living room as intersecting room, 10 sqm and with gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Poroszló. The holiday home is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.
