The lounge with WIFI has a television and a wood-burning stove (available from October) and provides access to a wooden terrace of 25m² with outdoor furniture. The half-landing offers two double bedrooms (160 beds) one of which has access to the balcony, a bathroom and an independent WC. On the lower level there is a double bedroom (140 beds), a bathroom, an independent WC and a double bedroom (two 90 beds) with TV corner.

A utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and a travel cot complete the rental. You have three parking spaces on the property.

A deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your bank card, will be requested at the time of your final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.

From your accommodation, head on foot or by bike towards the maritime city of Pornic. Discover the Ville Haute of Pornic, its old harbour and castle, or take the path towards the wild coast in the direction of Préfailles.
