An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace and TV. You have access to the 20 sqm terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Stranići near Nova Vas. The villa is situated on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
