Welcome to Villa Rosalia, a beautiful villa with a swimming pool and sauna, located on the edge of the village Susnjici, 10,5 km from Porec, the beaches, and a wide range of sports and entertainment activities.

The holiday home was built in 2017 as a semi-detached house. The other half of the house is also intended for renting. Inside the maintained and fully enclosed garden is a private swimming pool (heated with solar heating) of 24 sqm, sauna, sun chairs, parasol, covered terrace with fireplace and dining table, and parking for two cars.

Villa Rosalia can comfortably accommodate 8 persons in a total of 134 sqm on two floors. On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room with a sleeping sofa for two persons and an exit to the terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining table for 6 persons. There is also an air-conditioned room with a double bed and shower/toilet. A separate toilet is also on the ground floor. The ground floor is suitable for persons with reduced mobility. On the first floor are two air-conditioned rooms with double beds, each with its shower/toilet and exit to the common balcony with sitting furniture.
