Villa Luce Verde is set on a spacious property of 950 sqm where guests can enjoy a beautifully landscaped garden complete with a large swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. A covered terrace offers a dining area alongside an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh air and scenic surroundings.

Spanning 174 sqm across two elegantly designed and air-conditioned floors, this villa provides both comfort and style. The ground floor is designed with an open plan that includes a fully equipped kitchen, spaciuos dining room, and living room. On the property is private parking available for up to five vehicles, wich includes an Electric Vehicle charging station enhancing convenience for guests who prefer to travel with electric vehicles.
