A terrace adjacent to the kitchen and dining area allows for effortless outdoor dining. You’ll find a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink. And don’t forget the barbecue, ready for your next cookout.

The house is easily accessible by car, just five minutes from the town of Pordic where you’ll find grocery stores and a large supermarket open until noon on Sundays. Enjoy nearby beaches and coves. For visitors arriving by train, the nearest station is in Saint-Brieuc, approximately 15 minutes away. The closest airport is Rennes, about a 60-minute drive.
