"Perfect location on the beach, just a short walk from Canal Park. The house sleeps many people comfortably and the owners have anticipated everything you might need to host friends and family. The kitchen is well-appointed, there is a gas grill, 2 SUPs, several beach chairs, beach toys for kids, and a roof top deck overlooking the lake. This place can’t be beat for location and amenities. "We had an amazing stay here! The host was very responsive and thought of all the little things you need for a trip with kids. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood which was great as well, with good recommendations on food and drink places. Very pleased with our stay!"

"Easy to access, in a quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, had plenty of sleeping spaces. Enough toys to keep a 5 and 3 year old occupied when we weren't running around town. "

"We had a sibling get together and this was an awesome place to have for it. Our view was great, the house was very nice too. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend."

"We had such a great weekend at the Beach House - 1. This was our second time staying at this house, We have previously stayed at the Beach House 5. Beach House 1 is a great location! It's a quick walk to the bridge and Canal Park. My kids had so much fun at the beach. Heather is a great host and responds quickly to questions. We will be back!"

"Great place for a family gathering. Lots of room to spread out but a spacious and cozy living room to gather, play games and be together. We were unable to connect to WiFi with the home’s hot spot- my son had his along so we were able to slowly connect. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was amazing!"

"They have done a nice job setting up this little house. Four adults were very comfortable. Location worked out just fine! We did a little fishing and played some mini golf down the road a couple blocks. Grocery store and fast food conveniently close by. The 10-15 minute drive to Canal Park in Duluth was easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back!"

"Really nice property, clean centrally located for our family trip to Superior and surrounding areas. Host was prompt and responsive. Only slight disadvantage was for my elderly mom and her sister with bedrooms are all located upstairs and did not see that referenced anywhere. "

"Perfect place for our family reunion. The large combined kitchen, dining table and living area was just perfect for large family gatherings and meals. Great view off the living area and addjoining barbecue deck.The entire house was extremely clean and bright. Probably the best equipped house I have rented from cool coffee maker to kitchen disbar and supplies. You cannot go wrong renting this place!"
