Poona Palms Beach House

Come and enjoy a family holiday in this beautiful and peaceful costal town. With the beach only a block away and plenty to do with the kids, this location will not disappoint.
This house has 4 carpeted bedrooms and 2 spacious bathrooms with a bath tub.
Outdoor and indoor dining spaces ready for you to relax, have a BBQ and enjoy the views.

The space
Each bedroom accommodates 2 guests (4 bedrooms total) with built in wardrobes, side tables and reading lamps.

The master bedroom has a large ensuit and the main bathroom has a big bathtub and separate toilet.
The loungeroom has two lounge chairs, a new smart tv (large collection of dvds), WiFi access, board games and is a breezy space to enjoy your morning cuppa with beach views.

There is a big BBQ on the deck and offers a secondary place to enjoy a meal outside.
The kitchen accommodates all guests with a brand new dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove top and some tea, coffee and condiments for your stay. A special Tim Tam treat can be found the fridge as a thank you feom your host.

Downstairs has a laundry and clothes lines for your use and a slightly sloping grassy back yard.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and yard during the stay. There is a laundry with washing machine downstairs which unlocks with the given key. We have padlocked the kayaks downstairs and the key is in the key box.

We have 1 lock up storage unit downstairs and 2 small, locked storage cupboards inside for personal items that guests cannot access.

Other things to note
There is two undercover car spaces under the house with more room in the driveway, to the left of the house and street parking available.

Please note that the living spaces are on the second level with stairs at the front and back of the house with security lighting.
