Guest Access:

Guests have access to the whole property, with limited access to the garage for use of the dryer and outdoor cushions.

Beryl App

A nearby Beryl Bay, just a short walk away in Canford Cliffs Village, allows guests to rent bikes or e-scooters via the Beryl App, perfect for exploring the local coastline and nearby areas like Sandbanks.



Buses

Local bus stops are within walking distance and provide convenient routes to Sandbanks, Poole, and Bournemouth, making it easy to explore without a car.



Taxis

There are several reliable local taxi companies available, offering quick and convenient transport throughout the area.



By Car

Having a car is a great option for exploring further afield, including Poole Harbour, Studland, and the wider Dorset coastline.

Other Things to Note:

Pets - This property allows up to 2 pets to stay for an additional fee, which can be paid after booking via your personalised guest portal.



Travel cot available on request. Please note that while we provide the travel cot itself, we do not provide cot bedding or linen. We kindly ask that you bring your own cot mattress sheet and bedding for your little one.



The following quick steps will be required and can be quickly and securely completed via our online portal prior to check-in:

Cancellation Policy

- Free cancellation before the stated deadline. Refunds will be issued minus any non-recoverable payment processing and transaction fees.

- Non-refundable bookings are non-refundable.

We're available to help throughout your stay. Our usual office hours are 8am - 6pm, 7 days a week - during these times you can expect a prompt reply.

Outside of these hours, you're still welcome to reach out via your booking channel and we'll get back to you as soon as possible, typically the following morning. For genuine emergencies, we're always on hand and will respond as quickly as we can.
