"Great all round. Villa 12 was nice and spacious. Unusually the bedrooms are on the ground floor and upsrairs the living area. Location is good. Walkable into newquay centre in about 20 minutes. Discounted breakfast each morning for residents is a nice touch. Staff all friendly and if we returned to cornwall would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall holiday was great. Location of apartment was ideal for us not to close to the noise of the town yet not too far either as it was about a 10 min walk with a 4 year old down the steps. "Amazing place to stay super chilled and calming environment, camp was super quite from 10.30 every night everyone was so respectful to other campers, small issue in the toilet fixed straight away by very happy handy man who was also the man who showed us around our teepee which was super cozy and perfect size for a family of 5 children loved the field space for fun activities overall such a lovely place to stay would definitely go back in the future! "Family holiday to celebrate big birthday.10 adults, 7 youngsters.Surpassed all expectations ( and they were already huge) Wonderful property and location. So much space so no one ever on top of each other.Glorious, exceptional views and all rooms look out to them.Wonderful beach location.So much fun to be had in pool…Hired a Chef for special evening meal, A Yhangry Event.
