    Particularly quiet and sunny 3-room apartment (mezzanine, 65sqm) with magnificent views of the entire mountain world around St. Moritz. The apartment has been lovingly renovated in 2022.   Large southeast sun terrace in front of the living room - garden can be shared. Additional southwest balcony with the evening sun.  Garden furniture- loungers, chairs and garden table are of course available. In 2022 the apartment was energetically renovated and internet was installed in all rooms via WLAN as well as a ventilation system with heat recovery.  The apartment has two separate bedrooms. A ngroßem double bed, another room with two "red-checked designed", cozy bunk beds (also suitable for two adults). In the living room there is a pull-out double couch for "visitors". (crib on request). Separate, well-equipped modern kitchen (the view from the window will delight you while cooking!) with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, fully automatic espresso machine, 4 plate stove, oven, microwave. The bathroom completely renovated in 2022 with floor-level shower has ventilation system and a window, washbasinm, hygenic suspended toilet, and the floor-level shower for easy access.  In the hallway large clothes rack, mirror and built-in wardrobe.  Washing machine and ski room are in the basement. A lockable garage under the terrace and an additional car parking space in front of the house are at your disposal. The bus stop with destinations to all ski and hiking areas is only 50m away.  Well-behaved, clean, small to medium sized dogs are allowed to accompany your family on vacation to this apartment upon request. The easy-care parquet flooring is hygenic and warm.  A self-contained studio apartment right next door (with another bathroom) can be rented from the same owner for two additional people at the same time on special terms.

    Other leisure facilities: Egadin with its recreational opportunities is unique in the world. The Engadine summer and winter season - because there is always something special to do.

    Excursion possibilities: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometers of hiking trails across all mountains or with the mountain bike on 400 kilometers of pleasure trails: The Upper Engadine offers a top-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails amidst the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadine are also sporty. Kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling: the possibilities are almost unlimited. The vastness of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting opportunities, high-class cultural offerings such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages will entice you.

    In winter, 350 finest kilometers of slopes of the skiing areas Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and the family-friendly Zuoz invite to true skiing and snowboarding pleasure. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 km of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and in the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks on the frozen Upper Engadine lakes shine with light, sun and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the silence and beauty of the snow-covered forests hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer the overview enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.

    Families enjoy the Engadine sun on a carriage ride to Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sled down to the valley on the 4.2km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
