"Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back."

"Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak."

"They need to tell people to use the key fob to open the main door. The code was wrong. Wasted a lot of time. Also, WiFi connection were not the ones available. They had to bring a new modem. Two days without wifi. Excellent location. The owners need to a more experienced management team"

"We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. "

Mercearia de todos os alimentos, restaurantes, padaria, etc. tem tudo! Rápido acesso à pé para St germain, Marais, 1eme !!! Muito bom!!! O sofá cama é confortável. A ducha é ótima. "Honestly, if location is all that matters, this is the place. Its location is incredible. With that said, the fold-out bed is very uncomfortable; the shower takes a long time to drain; the bathroom is cramped; and the owners tried to charge me half of my security deposit, saying they had paid me in full, which was not the case. Choose this property at your own risk."

"The apartment is very centrally located, near metro and stations for major attractions. Washing machine was very useful and heavy curtains blocked out the strong sun. Would not recommend for the summer time. Super warm in the apartment, no aircon, only 2 small fans and the apartment is at the top floor where all the heat concentrated. Towels are very old and threadbare. Dishes placed haphazardly. No shampoo, bath soap for guests. Top BnB or VRBO apartments all have these extras."

"I stayed woth my partner and two teens (adult sized). It was a bit small, with the pull-out sofa bed really not so suitable for two boys over 6 feet. For a few nights, it was okay but it would have been better for just two people The location was fantastic. All amenities worked, including the washing machine. A small but effective toaster over rather than a proper oven. Nespresso and drip coffee machines. Dish and laundry soap provided, a small shower pack but not much toilet paper - lots of...
