"La Neige is a great hotel, the staff is perfect, I want to come back, the premises are beautiful, so elegant, and at a good price, there’s no onsen, but no problem, there are options a few minutes away, and the hotel have an excellent transportation service. "We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff is wonderful, kind, and very helpful for getting around Hakuba! It’s very close to Goryu and several restaurants. They also serve dinner and breakfast there if you don’t want to go out, and the food truck outside is a big plus. It was great to have a quiet accommodation near the slopes. The dry room has a spot to place your ski equipment as well. "

"This property was the ice cream to our trip- the property was beautifully built, maintained and allows for the best possible mountain view from the base. The service was beyond attentive and the room was like out of a magazine. If you’ve got the money- splurge and do it! Watching the first snow fall from the panoramic windows was one of the highlights of our trip! "

Driving to the location was quite an adventure for us in the heavy snow condition. We were not used to driving in snow, and the roads are narrow and snowy."

"We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. "Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted.
