"Staff helpful polite and kind. Safety taken seriously also. Food was really great, a mix of local Indonesian food as well as western choices. I stuck with the indo food, it was fantastic. Gym is a little bit tired, needs more weights but enough to get a small training session in. Pool area relaxing, pool super clean. "

"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel...

"For a budget hotel it was absolutely fine. Quite new still so not grotty. We were at end of corridor but others on floor were very noisy at all hours and sound travelled well!

Na 2 nachten kreeg ik op eigen verzoek een rook vrije kamer met uitzicht op zee. Geen extra kosten voor deze upgrade te betalen.
Het ontbijt was goed en de bediening prima.
Bij check out vanochtend ontbijtje mee gekregen ivm het vroege tijdstip om 5 uur am. "
