The owners live on the ground floor of CASA DEL FATTORE, while the guests are on the first floor. The two portions have separate and totally independent entrances.

Casa San Piero is a nice stone building with a total of two independent units that is conveniently located in the centre of San Martino, Italy in the tourist area "Florence And Surroundings" and only 26 km (16 mi) from Florence. Casa San Piero, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.

Casa Del Fattore (130sq m) is a three-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can accommodate up to six guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
