This charming 65 m² two-bedroom house in São Miguel is the perfect retreat for families or friends looking to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the Azores.

Although the house is on a shared property with the main house, guests enjoy full privacy and independence. You'll have exclusive access to a private garden area equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor meals or simply unwinding in the fresh air. A barbecue grill is also available for your use, ideal for sunny afternoons and relaxed evenings.

The living area is warm and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa, a TV to enjoy all your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals or casual gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and cutlery. For added convenience, a washer, drying rack, and ironing equipment are also available to take care of your laundry needs.

Each of the two bedrooms is furnished with a cozy queen-sized bed and dressed with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights.

The bathroom offers all the necessary amenities, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for a smooth and comfortable stay.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the peaceful São Roque parish of Ponta Delgada, this address offers a fantastic base to explore the natural beauty and vibrant charm of the Azores. Set just 2 km from the city centre, you'll enjoy the perfect blend of quiet surroundings and easy access to local attractions.

Within walking distance, you'll find cafés like Milícias Café and Blues Bar, as well as oceanfront dining at Pé na Areia and Pizzaria Ocean Side. Whether you’re grabbing a morning espresso or enjoying a sunset dinner, the neighbourhood has something for everyone.

The property is just a short 10-minute walk (700 m) from the popular Praia do Pópulo, a scenic beach perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or a seaside stroll. After your beach day, you can take advantage of the nearby public showers and parking facilities.

Nature lovers will appreciate the easy access to breathtaking viewpoints like Miradouro do Pico Vermelho and Miradouro do Pico do Carvão, both just a short drive away. For a more relaxed outing, visit the expansive Parque Urbano de Ponta Delgada, with 20 hectares of gardens, walking paths, and a café, ideal for a peaceful afternoon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Livramento - Pico das Canas, is just a 2-minute walk.

Aeroporto João Paulo II is a 10-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
