"We bought a 3 bedroom villa with pool and garden view. Garden view is like a wild Bush that they don’t take care per 1month with a lot of insects and frogs and a lot of lizards. The way to go to the room is so so bad that the guy that bring our luggage broke 2 luggage wheels bringing them. When we arrive in the room. At lobby hotel after one hour in a cab they didn’t offer us nothing to drink and a lot of unnecessary paper to fill out. Really I never saw this. Very incompetent people working...

"This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. "Me and my brother had an amazing time. The hotel is beautifull, very secure, very clean, amazing bedrooms, has a píer were you can enter the ocean tô swin, the hotel had options of tours. " During my stay i was hosted in 3 different accommodations in the hotel. Water villa was absolutely awesome 5 stars . But other rooms with very poor maintenance lots of things were broken. Bad towels vwry used and old totally different from the high quality of the villa. It looks like they are not renovating the instalations.. ..service was amazing and food evru good. The road to the hotel was terrible ...very very bumpy and fsr from the airport. 1 hour and 40 minutes . Drinks in the bar extremely expensive. 16 dolars a margarita..."
