"Home was clean, views are beautiful and a relatively quiet neighborhood. I would say the photos make it look as if it is on a very private piece of land, however homes all around and busy road next to it (during hunting season). Easy access to Salida and restaurants and activities. We did have a challenge getting the home warm enough in early November, and would suggest a new mattress in the master as we had to use another room as it was not comfortable. It was a cozy home, could easily...

"Everything was just as described and in great condition. The only disappointment was the highway noise when sleeping with the windows open in the loft. But, with a little imagination, it can also sound like the river ;)"

"We had a wonderful week staying at this cabin and truly enjoyed every moment. The setting was peaceful, the space was clean and comfortable, and it made for a perfect getaway. What stood out most, though, was the owner, Charles. He was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and clearly takes great pride in the property. From the little details in the cabin to his responsiveness and hospitality, everything reflected care and intention. We left feeling refreshed and grateful for the experience....
