"This property is perfect for those of us who want slightly more than a local hotel offers (privacy, kitchen, pets, outdoor space, etc). After reading the reviews, my wife and I booked 2 nights with our small dog over the 4th of July weekend 2025. Everything was great and the price was very reasonable. The king bed is comfortable. The living space was cozy. The creek is a nice addition. We sat on the front porch a lot and saw deer on the property both days. Although the property is private, there...

"Great location and plenty of room. But what impressed me the most was the integrity of the team overseeing this property. I inadvertently left my wedding bands behind (they had gotten pushed out of sight) and I didn’t realize it until we were some hours away. I panicked but each person I spoke to was so reassuring. And sure enough the cleaning team found my jewelry and later I received instructions for how to handle the return delivery. I am so grateful! "

"Spacious. Nice large windows let in cheerful light and the views. Very clean! Kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil you might need. Hot tub very clean. Worked out great for our summer stay. Caleb is very responsive and accommodating! We would return in the future."

"We stayed for the month of July and we loved every minute! Peaceful is an understatement! We heard nothing but the wind and birds chirping. We hiked the property several times and enjoyed lying in the hammocks and listening to the breeze. We were able to get into Salida very easily for activities and groceries. Thank you Eric for your hospitality!"
