The Space:
Experience the vibrant heart of Ponce from the Bomba Suite at Icon Serrallés. This stylish, three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment combines modern comfort with the rich colors and unique tile designs of the building’s iconic lobby and staircase—a backdrop representing the lively culture of Ponce.
Located in an unbeatable spot in the heart of Ponce, Icon Bomba Suite sits right at Plaza Las Delicias, the iconic square where Parque de Bombas is located. You’ll be immersed in Ponce’s vibrant culture with colonial architecture, historic landmarks, and lively local life just steps from your door.
All three bedrooms feature queen-size beds. One bathroom is en-suite in the master bedroom, while the second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and includes an elevator and stairs for easy access.

The space features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and full air-conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Adjacent to the living area is a simple round dining table, maintaining the minimalist, airy feel throughout.
KITCHEN
The full kitchen is modern and well-equipped, featuring a spacious island with seating for four. It includes a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and mid-size refrigerator/freezer, along with all the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy delicious meals during your stay.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Icon Bomba Suite accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms:
- Master Bedroom: Queen-size bed, AC, blackout curtains, en-suite bathroom.
- 2nd Bedroom: Queen-size bed, AC, blackout curtains.
- 3rd Bedroom: Queen-size bed, AC, blackout curtains.
The second full bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is conveniently located in the hallway.
PACK AND PLAY (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY)
We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.
GETTING AROUND
The building where the unit is located **does not** have parking.
However, staying at Plena Suite places you just steps from Parque de Bombas and Plaza Las Delicias, right in the heart of Ponce’s historic district. From here, you can easily stroll to charming cafés, local restaurants, boutique shops, and cultural landmarks such as the Ponce Cathedral and nearby art museums.
For exploring beyond the plaza, taxis and Uber are readily available, while car rentals offer convenient access to coastal areas, the La Guancha boardwalk, and other surrounding attractions.

Ponce, known as “La Perla del Sur,” offers a perfect blend of history, culture, and coastal charm. From iconic landmarks and museums to lively plazas and waterfront attractions, there’s no shortage of things to see and experience just steps from your stay.

- Museo Castillo Serrallés & Cruceta del Vigía – Tour the historic Serrallés mansion, stroll through the Japanese gardens, and take in panoramic city and Caribbean views from the towering cross.
- Plaza Las Delicias & Downtown Ponce – Explore the iconic Parque de Bombas, the Cathedral, boutique shops, local cafés, and nearby museums like Museo de Arte de Ponce.

STARTER AMENITIES
At West Indies Vacation Rentals, we strive to provide top-notch amenities, ensuring our guests feel at home during their stay.
All properties come with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach towel per guest.
We provide a set of disposable essentials to help you get your vacation started comfortably. These include:
- 1 set of hotel-size soap and shampoo (per bathroom)
- 3 garbage bags
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 2 rolls of toilet paper (per bathroom)
- 1 dish soap
- 1 dish sponge
Please note that we do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is the guest’s responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock any additional items needed for the duration of the stay.
Most properties also include at least 2 beach chairs and an ice cooler. You may reach out to us 5 days before arrival for confirmation.
HOUSE RULES
RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.
NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.
UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 6 adults/children at all times, including visitors.
OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.
TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.
TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.
SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.
If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.
If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.
TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.
Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.
