Highly recommended and Great Service from staff
The Room was very nice and clean. My daughter left a book behind and they were willing to ship it to me. Fantastic service and a very nice breakfast.

Really have to pay attention on the road where the hotel is. Not obvious for first-timers on how to drive to the hotel lot. Suggest raising the sign higher in the air to make it more visible.

I have stayed in IHG hotels from Gadsden ,Alabama all across the country, this hotel and the one in Gadsden are the only ones where I can't log on with my I pad, I've even had the desk try and figure it out, but to know avail, we stayed in IHG in Broken Arrow before we got to Ponca City and I had no problem logging on, and logging on was a little different, just room number and it asked if I accept the rules, when I applied YES I was logged on.

The staff was very rude , when it came to check out , the lady when I asked for a receipt she gave a big sigh at me , then we had pizza ordered and my son asked the front desk if she could call the room when it arrived and she asked him why he couldn’t stay down stairs, well my son saw it come through the window and when he was walking by the desk she made a remark to my son “well, look it who decided to come back down”, then my dad has to walking issues and the elevator kept breaking . So, we had to use stairs. Ask d for new sheets and got no fitted sheets and a note on the sheets. The rudeness was from the morning staff, the gentleman that is on third shift was excellent and sweet. The 2nd shift was excellent and sweet. It the 1st shift person an older lady who was very rude and disrespectful to everyone.

Our stay at Holiday Inn was exceptional. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the water was hot and there was a Keurig coffee machine in the room! Thank you!

The staff is terrific. They were very polite and helpful. I was having trouble logging into the free wi/fi and the night clerk ,Shawn, helped me out. Breakfast was excellent Everything was very clean throughout the hotel Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Friendly Staff
The hotel was friendly and clean. The only thing I saw wrong with our room was the lighting in the bathroom we had trouble with unlocking our door but it probably just needed the battery changed on the lock and we never reported it. So that was on us. Other than those two things it was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly too!!!! We would stay here again.

Hard to get to place was dirty and clerk at check in was a dick, only good thing about the hotel was the nice lady running breakfast in the morning
