Please note:

1: The pool heating is available from March to May, and from October to November. The hot tub is available from the 1st of October to the 15th of May.

2: Smoking and pets are not allowed.

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 persons; exceeding this number is prohibited.

4: The villa is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 23:00 are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you will need to restock them yourself.
