Villa Solivellas, Traditional villa near Pollensa town

This rustic Mallorcan house is located in a rural area very close to the beautiful town of Pollensa, and just under ten minutes by car from the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Surrounded by mountains and beautiful views, Villa Solivellas offers peace and tranquility in an area that has charm and character.

The main entrance, located under a covered front terrace, gives us access to a small living room with sofas and a Smart TV. From this area we access a dining room and another living room with comfortable sofas. A separate fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete this area of the house. From the kitchen a glass door gives us access to a fully furnished outdoor terrace and a covered area with a barbecue, which has a gas hob and a refrigerator.

Two internal stairs lead to the bedroom area, which consists of three bedrooms and a double bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has a full bathroom right next to it and the other bedrooms share another full bathroom with a bathtub. It is worth noting that on the lower floor and near the living room there is another bathroom with a shower.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with lawn and a small sunbathing area with sun loungers.
