Villa Roser Vell is located in the tranquil are and close to the old town of Pollensa. This 2 bedroom villa can be accessed via its own little private lane just behind the old church of Roser Vell where the villa takes its name. This centrally located villa has the added benefit of free WiFi and air conditioned/heated lounge and kitchen.

Entrance to the property is on the left, just beside the parking area. This will lead directly into the kitchen that also comes with a dining table. From here there is an archway that is straight ahead which leads into a small hallway where there is a bathroom directly in front of you. To the left is a double bedroom which has views out across the shaded terrace and onto the gardens and pool. To the left is the twin bedroom with views out to the front of the villa. Back to the kitchen and to the left is a set of double doors that leads directly into the lounge area which looks out to the garden and pool area. From here there is a further set of patio doors that leads out to the covered terrace.

Outside there is a covered terrace with dining furniture ideal for alfresco dining. To the far side of the terrace is an external shower room. From the terrace area leads directly out to the BBQ on the left and the lawn, plus the private swimming pool directly in front of you. What better way to spend you day that relaxing with a cool drink and watching the activities around the pool. As day turns to night then why not venture into the garden and turn to the left where you shall reach the gate. This leads out to the street which backs onto the garden and in to the back to the church and then you will be on your way to the charming Old Town of Pollensa – what better way to spend your holiday than in this perfect location?

NOTE: In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from from 7 pm to 7:00 am in kitchen and bedrooms and from 12 pm to 12 am in the living room.
