This original mill, built in 1775, was where olives were crushed to produce the best olive oil in the area. Today, Villa Oliva (also known as Can Vich) is full of history and character, and has been tastefully renovated with typical stonework from the region to offer comfort and style, character and charm.Two impressive staircases lead from the entrance hall to the bedrooms situated on the first floor, each with wood-beamed ceilings, stone-edged windows and stunning views of the surrounding mountains and local olive and fruit groves. The kitchen is a typical country house kitchen fully fitted with a spacious dining area, long dining table and again infused with character. The pool area has a tranquil setting and has open and covered terraces dotted around the gardens providing different views while sunbathing, relaxing in the shade or simply enjoying a glass of local wine and don't forget the olives. Entry to the property is via a spacious, airy hallway and open plan lounge with beamed ceiling.There is a kitchen with a breakfast bar and a large dining room with access to the rear terrace. Two stairs lead from the hallway to the two double and two twin bedrooms and two separate bathrooms (one full bathroom and one shower room).
