Located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and just a short drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in the magnificent north-west region of Mallorca, Villa Mar Clara is just 300 metres from the stunning Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, as well as having numerous restaurants and beach bars also within a similar distance.
The house has been renovated and completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and respecting the new environmental energy regulations.
The interior is spacious and bright, with modern furnishings. All rooms are at ground level (please note that there is a locked and non-accessible storage room upstairs).
