The villa has three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms to provide maximum privacy and comfort. The third bedroom offers two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. The spacious living-dining room is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration, and the fully equipped kitchen, along with an additional dining area, offers you the opportunity to prepare your favorite dishes with local products and enjoy them. There is a third bathroom with a shower for shared and guest use. Outside, you will find an oasis of tranquility with a refreshing pool, an outdoor shower to cool off after a day at the beach, a spacious terrace for sunbathing and relaxing, children can run and play in the garden, which has a large lawn area. The pergola is the ideal place to share an outdoor meal or enjoy a glass of wine while stargazing with family and friends. Additionally, the loungers and garden furniture ensure your comfort while relaxing outdoors and enjoying a good book. Just five minutes by car, you will find the charming town of Pollensa, where you can stroll through its picturesque cobblestone streets and discover a wide range of local gastronomy in its cozy restaurants.
