Villa Almadrava offers a cosy and peaceful environment, ideal for those seeking privacy and relaxation. At the front of the property is a spacious shaded terrace equipped with dining furniture, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. Additionally, the villa has additional covered terraces on the sides and at the rear, offering different spaces protected from the Mallorcan sun throughout the day. The garden, surrounded by hedges, creates an intimate and pleasant environment to relax by the pool or rest in the shade.



Inside, the villa presents a traditional Mallorcan style, with pine furniture, wooden beam ceilings and tiled floors, which provide an authentic and warm feeling. The air conditioning system ensures comfort during the hottest afternoons and nights, with scheduled operation from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals during the stay, while the outdoor brick barbecue offers an excellent alternative for outdoor dinners.



Important information



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the property, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of these hours. New keys must be collected from the office.



On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



It is mandatory to register all guests before arrival, in accordance with current regulations in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the entry date, an online check-in link will be sent to complete the registration.
