Perfectly located a short distance from the 3 sandy bays of Cala Barques, Cala Clara, Cala Molins with an excellent selection of restaurants, this villa offers cozy interiors (air conditioned, completely renovated and finished to the highest standard), large terraces and a cozy private pool. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Villa Can Sohn can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Inside, the villa is located on one floor and is full of light. It has been completely renovated to a high standard to offer a unique vacation experience in one of the most beautiful areas of the island. It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double, 2 double), 2 family bathrooms with shower and a spacious living room with adjoining kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped for the preparation of any type of recipe (large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave) and the living room is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs and flat screen television.

Outside there is a fantastic porch, surrounded by bougainvillea flowers, perfect for outdoor dining (a brick barbecue is available for guests to enjoy). The large private pool (6 m x 3.5 m deep, between 1.2 m and 1.6 m) has Roman steps and attracts the sun all day long. It has comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas.
Free air conditioning from 14:00 h to 16:00 h and from 20:00 h to 08:00 h.
