Can Roig is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa with a heated private pool, located in a peaceful rural setting between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Surrounded by orange trees and gardens, it offers a serene and private retreat in the heart of Mallorca.



The villa features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. On the upper floor, the master bedroom offers views of the pool and the nearby mountains, as well as an en-suite bathroom.



With air conditioning and heating throughout, the villa ensures maximum comfort year-round. Outside, a covered terrace allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in complete peace and privacy.



For the cooler months, we offer the option of a heated pool for an additional cost of €300 per week. If you would also like a safety enclosure for the pool, please feel free to contact us, as this service is provided at no extra charge.



Additionally, for greater entertainment, there is a pool table and a ping pong table available completely free of charge.
