Villa Alicanti 2 is one of the best examples of Mallorcan hospitality. Beautifully located in the heart of Pollensa's old town, completely reconstructed to the highest standard and furnished with taste and style, this townhouse is ready to impress. With 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 7 guests in a sophisticated and charming environment, just a few steps away from the numerous facilities, shops and restaurants that Pollensa can offer.



Inside, the villa is distributed over 3 levels connected by an interior staircase. The ground floor has a bright living room (wi-fi internet, satellite television, comfortable armchairs and sofas, exposed traditional stone details) with a fully equipped kitchen (specifically designed for Villa Alicanti 2), a toilet and access to the exterior living area with rattan sofas and a private pool.

On the first floor, there is a single bedroom with a bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, there is a cosy double bedroom with its own bathroom with a shower.

On the third floor, there is another beautiful double bedroom (bathroom with shower) that has direct access to a private terrace with sun loungers.

On the fourth floor is the main bedroom suite. It offers charming views over the rooftops of Pollensa and has its own bathroom with a shower and a terrace furnished with a table and chairs. All bedrooms have air conditioning (free during established hours, between 8 pm – 8 am and 2 pm – 4 pm).

During the renovation, great emphasis was placed on the distribution of interior space and the style of furniture, details and bathrooms (with stone sinks and design features).



On the outside, Villa Alicanti 2 offers spacious terraces, lounging areas and even a private pool (3.4 m x 1.2 m): a true plus for a house in such a central location! The pool is equipped with an outdoor shower to cool off during the hottest hours of the day. With these unique features and its exclusive central location, Villa Alicanti 2 is truly the perfect holiday home even for the most demanding guests!



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
