This 90m2 vacation apartment is located in Pollensa, a small town in the northern part of the island of Majorca in Spain's sunny Balearic Islands. The apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and bathroom en suite while the other two bedrooms share a bathroom and contain 2 single beds each, and there is an additional bathroom as well. The apartment can therefore accommodate 6 people. The apartment features Wi-Fi (included in the price), air conditioning, a television with Chromecast, and a washing machine with a laundry area. The apartment is suitable for children and a baby bed a highchair are available (upon request). Guests can retire outdoors to the covered terrace, a private feature. The apartment is just a 1 to 3 minute (1 to 2 km) drive away from a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, and shopping venues located along the waterfront while such scenic beaches as Playa del Port de Pollenca and Playa Pollenca are just 5 to 7 (3 to 2.5 km) minutes away by car. Guests can also experience the area's natural beauty in the Cami Boquer and Vall de Boquer hiking areas, just a 5 to 10 minute (2 to 3 km) drive from the apartment. For golf enthusiasts, the scenic 18-hole Pollensa Golf Club is a 13 minute (11 km) drive by car. There are also a wide variety of cycling routes that wind along the area's beautiful coastal and mountain landscape. Palma de Mallorca Airport is a 50 minute (68 km) drive from the apartment.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the house.

Unfortunately, the house owner does not accept groups of young people (under 25 years).
